Dash2Board is an AI-powered data analysis and visualization platform that allows users to upload data files (CSV, Excel) and generate automated insights and visualizations. The service processes data temporarily during your session and does not permanently store your data.
Your uploaded data is processed temporarily during your session for analysis purposes only. We do not store, share, or sell your data. All data processing is done in-memory and is permanently deleted when your session ends. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
The Dash2Board platform, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Dash2Board and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission. Your uploaded data and generated visualizations remain your property.
Dash2Board is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The AI-generated insights and visualizations are suggestions only and should not be considered as professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dash2Board shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dash2Board operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
